At 29 years old and 16 years experience, Connor is the youngest member of the band. His enthusiastic playing and rock-solid pocket keep the band grooving and the audience moving.
Connor was born and raised in Corunna, Ontario, Canada. Connor grew up listening to classic rock with his father, rocking out to AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, U2, Neil Young and so many others.
He started his drumming career in high school and quickly became a favourite among the music teachers for his passion for percussion. He quickly made friends with other musicians and formed the rock trio Trevillians in 2011, co-writing his first original songs and performing at Sarnia area events such as Artwalk. From there he performed at high school events such as SCITSTOCK and SCITS Revue with several different groups. Most notably playing a cover of “La Villa Strangiato” by Rush. Connor also peer tutored percussion in his senior high school year.
Connor has played in many cover bands since 2013, playing a wide variety of genres including rock, funk, Motown, blues, grunge, and heavy metal. Connor began frequently playing bars and music halls when he co-founded The Down River Band in 2013. Playing countless shows across Ontario, he also co-wrote 2 full-length original albums with the group. The Down River Band has shared the stage with artists such as Lou Gramm, City and Colour, The Sheepdogs, Monster Truck, and The Glorious Sons.
In addition to performing and touring with Classic Seger, Connor frequently performs with The Travis Laur Blues Band and The Down River Band.
